Very friendly and professional staff from the front desk to the masseurs. I felt comfortable throughout my massage and enjoyed the relaxing experience. The facility was very clean as well. Pay attention to their Facebook or sign up to their email list for some great deals on massages and other services. I would definitely come back here again.

Just got back from using a couple of gift certificates I was given for Life's retreat massage and spa and HOLY COW- THEY ARE AMAZING! Stephanie was my masseuse and gave me an incredible 90 minute deep tissue massage. I had warned her ahead of time that my back was full of knots and she gave the perfect amount of pressure and technique to help loosen my discomforts and make me feel super relaxed. I would highly recommend her services. Next, Kristina did my facial. She asked perfect questions to get a better idea of what type of skin I had and what were some of my concerns and regular regimens. She used careful consideration and made my face look and feel incredible. My skin is absolutely glowing!! The staff were very professional and friendly. They are worth every penny!! Also, their communication before my appointment was very clear. We communicated via text and they helped answer all my questions before my appointment.
