Kjellberg Carpet One Floor & Home

I have to preface that this is my second flooring installation from this company. Once again, from start to finish, it was a very pleasant experience. Kjellberg was in contact when they said they would be, checked in when needed, and their installer, Lonnie, was prompt and very detail oriented. I couldn't have asked for a better installer. He took the time to customize the installation around our banisters and steps, and that dedication made a world of difference in the appearance of our flooring. I would highly highly recommend!!!

I had a great experience with Kjellberg Carpet One from start to finish. They had a nice selection of flooring to choose from. The person helping me was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Both installers, Joe and Randy, were professional and got the jobs done quickly. Even my 6 year old son commented on how nice they were! My basement looks amazing!

I had a very good experience with them. They are so unbelievabably patient. I'm not so sure I could do their job and work with women who change their minds about everything or just can't decide the whole time! I must've gone into the store 4 or more times trying to figure it out. Measuring the house was quick and precise.

Install was very smooth and looks amazing! The installer was very kind and professional. He was also a very patient man. My kids and I were banished to the basement while he worked. He never complained or seemed at all irritated if we had to come up.

Wonderful people to work with! They even worked around my special circumstances to do the install in two times for us.

I had 1500sq ft of the 6ft solid core luxury vinyl floors installed in August. I've been searching for mistakes for the last 2 months and I have found absolutely nothing. The Floors are flawless! Joe was our installer and he was such a down to earth trust worthy guy to say the least. I dont trust people in my house alone but withing 10 minutes I knew he was a good guy. I was gone all 4 days he was installing and never worried about a thing. Aaron was our sales rep and that was also a great experience. He didn't try to up sell me on anything and gave very good advise for what we needed for our 2 destructive rottweilers. We are extremely pleased with the service we got. If your looking for commercial quality at fair prices, I highly recommend you check these guys out before you go to home depot or another flooring store.
