    The Bank of Elk River is great. Everyone is always so welcoming and very helpful. They have big city service with a warm home town feel. Their app and online services are also an added bonus. Very easy to use and manage.

    Staff are cordial and helpful. Very knowledgeable. I've used the online chat multiple times with consistently positive outcomes. I appreciate your community support especially with the music on the river in the summer.
