Explained so much to me about targeting muscle. Highly recommend this location specifically Daryl was one of the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. The place was really clean and didn’t smell.

He’s a good guy who cares about the people he works with and wants to see them succeed no matter what. If you’re looking to accomplish your goals, talk to him and see what he can do for you.

(February 10, 2020, 4:24 pm)The new manager Daryl has totally changed this gym for the better. I’ve trained with different people and at different gyms but no one has come close to Daryl. His heart is in the industry and he pushes everyone to be better. If you are looking for a new gym or a trainer even if you have never worked out before snap fitness is the place to be
