(September 14, 2019, 4:58 pm)The park is behind our house. We love going for walks back there (our dog loves it, too), and snowshoeing in the winter. We also enjoy seeing all the wildlife. It's a real treasure for us and the city of Cottage Grove.

(June 12, 2017, 10:10 am)This is a good small park that is easy to walk to from my house. It's mostly clean but sometimes it gets run down by too many kids from local daycares in the early morning. If you bring your child, I suggest going in the afternoon or evening. The daycare is very friendly but my daughter was very overwhelmed because there are so many new kids and she really didn't get a chance to play. I hope CG decides to redo this playground in the near future since it seems like they are redoing all the playgrounds in the area.
