I recently bought my very first car there (2010 Ford Fusion), and everyone made the experience very easy for me — from finding options to test driving to making a decision and financing. Both Kevin, who helped me find my car and a loan, and Brad, who helped me sign my paperwork, were very helpful and willing to take the (very long!) time to walk me through all the details of the process.

I decided to take the car I chose to an auto shop for a second opinion before buying it, and the mechanic told me that there was virtually nothing wrong with it, and that even he would buy one like that.

I have purchased 2 cars from Koppy Motors at the Highway 8 location. Most recently, about 3 weeks ago, I purchased a 2009 Saturn Vue. The car is beautiful, perfectly kept leather interior, low mileage, body in perfect condition and priced right. The transaction with Tim (sales) and Brad (financing) went flawlessly. Their cars are clean inside and out and they will not try to sell you something you cannot afford or give a hard up-sell. My mom and brother have also purchased their vehicles from Koppy with nothing but glowing reviews. If you want a car dealer who is honest and a car you will love I would highly recommend purchasing from Koppy.

Timely communication back and forth while I considered options - if Tim wasn't able to answer a question on the spot, he'd figure it out and provide updates at light speed. Brad, the manager, wrapped up the purchase agreement in less than 5 minutes - he was able to communicate the purchase agreement in language I could understand, took time to answer my questions, and made sure I was happy with the experience and terms. They've been in communication several times since the purchase to answer questions and provide after purchase support - yet another unexpected bonus from this team! I've got a kid approaching 16 and I'll definitely coming back. These folks are professional, efficient, low pressure, and honest. I recently purchased a 2011 Mini Cooper Convertible from Koppy Motors. I chose this dealership because of the positive reviews and a recommendation from a friend. A few days after I drove it home the check engine light came on and I found out the catalytic converter was malfunctioning which for this type of vehicle can be upwards of $2000.00. I called and talked with them and even though that particular part was not covered under the warranty they offer, because I had purchased it so recently they made a promise to make it right and they delivered on that promise today. If you're looking to buy a used vehicle from an honest dealership that stands by the vehicles they sell you can't go wrong with Koppy Motors. Brad and Nick are the absolute best and Mitch made the buying experience a whole lot of fun!
