It is impossible to take one lesson at Sunnyside Equine, because you will have to return for another. Everything about this little farm and the trail ride is unforgettably peaceful. The priority of the ride is the joy of it. Holly is a lot of fun, and the horses are beautiful and patient. You won’t realize how badly you needed a quiet moment until you’re on the trail and all that city noise goes away. It’s just you two, the horses, the setting sun, and the humming fields. I highly recommend this to anyone! It is genuinely therapeutic, educational, and loads of fun. Not to mention, the landscape is gorgeous. Worth every penny.

Sunnyside Equine is amazing--maybe the best kept secret in Hastings when it comes to trail riding on horses. The horses are well trained, the trails are simply fantastic and Holly makes everyone feel right at home. Catch a melting orange Minnesota sunset on a clear breezy day at Sunnyside Equine and you will be hooked for life. The azure sky, the pillowy clouds, the green fields and the dancing deer . . . what more can I say? More people need to experience this for themselves . . . why aren't more people talking about this place? Do you need to escape the endless pressures of city living with some pastoral therapy? This is it. Your therapist would strongly approve.
