  TGK continues to provide excellent work at a fair price.
  They do their best to work with me and understand and respect people's schedules. I have been using TGK for a couple years now. My two daughters are now going to TGK as well. I would not hesitate at all to refer friends and family.

  I brought in our GMC last week to have an oil change and the service we received great. While doing the oil change they inspected the truck and also rotated the tires for me. When all was finished they let me know their concerns and what I should look at. There was never any pressure from them, nor did they push their concerns and getting the vehicle fixed with them. Everyone that I had contact with since setting up the appointment was friendly, informative and seemed genuine. We will definitely be going back to TGK for our vehicle needs.

  My Ford E450 Van needed tube up on the V10 engine and air conditioning issues diagnosed. Their price for the tune up was a lot less than other places so I took it to them. Communication from beginning to end was outstanding. The knowledge level of the service writer was the best I’ve ever experienced. They performed the work very quickly and professionally. The vehicle is running better than I could have expected and the AC is blowing ice cold again. Would highly recommend TGK. The best automotive service experience I have ever had hands down. As a former shop owner myself, I am very critical of shops and theses guys far exceeded my expectations. Thank you TGK!!

  Everyone at TGK was very helpful. My experience was very positive. They were prompt and very informative throughout the whole intake, repair, and return process. I really liked the web report they provided about my vehicle. Will definitely come back for more repairs and maintenance needs in the future.

  My wife and I have lived in Hugo for over 8 years and have never been to the Hugo TGK location, so I wasn’t really sure what to expect. When I opened the front doors I was immediately greeted by pretty much anyone who wasn’t busy; maybe even some of the guys on the phones even looked up and gave a quick head knod and continued on. It was cleaner and more impressive than some of the higher end car dealerships waiting room. I mean I love a good can of Coke Cola; there was an entire mini fridge stocked to the gills FULL of sodas, I was even told before getting one out.. “grab it from the back, I just stocked the fridge”, one of the employees tells me. So, I continue on and tell them I have a 10:00 and it was 9:49 , but I got Zero Guff about being early or anything about having to wait. It was GO time as soon as they had the keys (we came in for a regular oil change and a slight vibration in our steering wheel), I grab a coke from the back of the mini fridge and head over to the waiting area and grabbed a seat.
  They have this 65/75” TV that shows all the vehicles that are currently being serviced and just a quick generalization of your specific vehicles Tire tread-life, if your vehicle was in alignment or not etc.. it was like I brought my car where 007 brought in his vehicle.. and the information all came with Pictures to explain everything to you and to show you. I can’t say enough good stuff about TGK , it’s a honest place to bring your vehicle with what I saw to be some of the latest tech and NEXT level customer service.
  In short I couldn’t have been more impressed and satisfied that I know someone who cares was working on my vehicle. First time customer, but customer for life!
