He very patiently outlined the company's annual maintenance program and all the benefits. If all that wasn't enough, he gave me tips on how to better care for my system by managing the thermostat. This was by far the best service experience I've had in very long time. I would highly recommend him as his approach to service and knowledge would be hard to beat.”

His estimate arrived that evening. I appreciated the prompt response! This was a 3-day job. Abraham explained exactly what would be done and the timing. The work was excellent! Their attention to detail was unbelievable! Wilbur was on-site every day and he was so meticulous. He really takes pride (as he should) in his work. He does an excellent job! Abraham would come every day to check on progress, answer questions, etc. The cabinets are beautiful! (And they were in rough shape to start). I will be using Franco Painting again. It is not often you find a company so responsive and who does such excellent craftsmanship. I highly recommend!”

It's a hidden gem that has a large grass practice field, full-size tennis courts, a large playset for young kids (under 12ish), and a little field house in case of inclement weather. “Love this park, take our son all the time. The natural boundaries are great, we can feel good about letting our 2 year old run since there's nowhere to go. Wheelchair accessible Jimmy Johnny. Soccer net. Great for bird/wildlife watchers. Dogs welcome when picked up after. Street parking only. Picnic tables need to be repaired and one of the swings badly cut my finger when pulling my goddaughter back the other day.”

As people have been saying the younger helpers and boarders do give some not so friendly looks, but you can’t be to soft about that as it’s not the barns fault and they aren’t rude at all! The horses are taken care of well and I don’t see why anyone would dislike such a great barn! They have something for everyone and the trainers are great.”
