Had our first visit today for my 4 year for an evaluation for Myofunctional Therapy. I feel like a weight has been lifted off my chest! Our provider was punctual, kind, patient and SO knowledgeable! She answered all my questions and then some, gave me her recommendations and made sure we are moving forward in the right direction! She was patient with my hyper daughter, never made me feel rushed and went out of her way to support my daughters “treatment” even though we can’t start therapy with her for a few more years! All of the staff was wonderful! Plus, they got her in for the evaluation quickly, got her and I’s dental care switched to them in a matter of minutes and they had an opening for me in less than a month! Lastly, they were the only office to answer on the first call AND call me back to follow up when I first called around for Myofunctional Therapy! HIGHLY recommend!

They’re ALWAYS so helpful and friendly at Valley Ridge! Steph and Yvonne at the front desk are rock stars, and I’ve had great experiences with ALL the staff. They somehow were able to get me in to fix a broken bonding within three hours of me calling, just recently. They really are sympathetic to the client!

This facility was amazing!! I hate going to the dentist as I’ve had many traumatic experiences in the past!! My current dentist is no longer covered under my insurance and I had an urgent matter that needed to be addressed!! This place got me right in, had no problem with the fact that my kids had to come with me and they took great care of them while I was getting looked at!!! And they were SOOOO kind to me over the phone which seems to be rare these days!! So thankful to have found them!!
