First time customer here. Kevin, the manager, was friendly, professional, courteous and most importantly followed through with his word. Our family car had quite a few issues, which were not only fixed correctly but were explained at every step of the way from diagnostic to end of transaction. We left having no questions and felt Mastertech, Kevin the manager and his excellent team exceeded our expectations. Our car was done in a timely fashion, the price was reasonable and we will definitely be going to Mastertech for all of our car needs.

Thanks to a recommendation from Johnson Auto Body, I brought my Explorer over to MasterTech with what could have been a pretty nasty issue and only a few days until I was due to drive back home to Maryland. Dave diagnosed the problem right away and had work started that morning. Not only did they fix the issue, they found a couple other things early and still had my vehicle back the same day, to make sure I wouldn't have any issues with getting back to Maryland on time. If I lived in the area, MasterTech would absolutely be my go-to for future auto repairs, and my family in the area was so impressed by my experience that they'll be doing the same. 10/10
I will only bring my vehicle to Mastertech for any work I need done. They always tell me what needs to be done, what can wait and never try to "sell" extra unnecessary services. To top it off, their pricing is incredibly fair. Thank you Bruce and team for being our trusted, go-to for our vehicle service needs!
Mastertech is the best! Dave and Bruce are amazing. My car had an issue. I called and they got me in right away. Took a couple hours to let me know what was wrong. That's ALL he did - just tell me. He didn't come at me with a crazy estimate of everything needed. He also broke it down to each issue and the priority of what should be done. I asked if they could do the repairs that day and they got it done! Thanks guys!
