He is very respectful, knowledgeable and caring in every service he provides. Dr Jerry finds a way to help provide the best hearing possible for the person is working with. His customer service is top notch, the last time we were into see Dr Jerry the custom order ear molds that were made for my mother, he felt were not needed so he did not charge her for them. His office is always cleaning and comfortable also he provides a coffee machine! A very important thing!

(May 27, 2020, 11:40 am)This is Marcie Panian. I enjoyed my experience getting my hearing aids from Hearing of America. Dr. Zhou is very personable, knowledgeable and informative. Wish he didn’t have to wear a mask cause I had to ask him often to repeat what he said. His office is very clean and he is very conscious of Covid precautions. That’s good. And I can hear!!
