Thank to David in sales and Mike in finance for making the purchase of my wife’s 2022 Santa Fe Limited 2.5 Turbo fast and seamless. I had been in the market for a new car for a few months. I knew what I was looking for, which in the middle of a national car shortage did not make it the most easy task. However, Trevor and the sales manager Mike went above and beyond to make this a seamless process. From the first time meeting with them they gave me every detail I needed to buy a car with a confidence. While other dealerships are taking advantage of the current shortage and pricing vehicles well over sticker price, Hallmark Hyundai stands apart for honoring the sticker price and treating their customers like family. They worked with me to find the exact vehicle I was looking for, from the exterior to interior details. They kept me informed of when a vehicle could be expected to arrive and contacted me promptly as soon as one did. This is the second purchase I have made from Hallmark and I'm sure I will be back. I have been involved in the purchasing process at other dealerships, which took all day. That is not the case at Hallmark Hyundai. Once the vehicle arrived I was in and out quickly, leaving with my new keys in hand. I also have to give props to the financial manager who did not try to oversell me or pressure me into buying additional warranties I was not interested in. It was an easy, no hassle experience and truly was completed in a flash! They even were amazing by driving the car to Chicago for us as that was the final destination for the vehicle. This is the second Hyundai car we buy at Hallmark Hyundai. We bought a new Accent in 2019, and now a used 2020 Sonata. We always have a good experience there and in our experience, the prices were always good, so we keep coming back.
This time our salesperson was Michael Harris and we were very pleased. We went a few days earlier the date we intended to purchase to check the car and he was so nice. He was very polite, never pressured us to get the car right away and we really liked that he respected our decision.
