  Could not be happier with the work that the team at Gateway did for my bike. I was long overdue for some repairs and my bike was in rough shape. When I picked it up and took it for a test ride when I got home I felt like I was on a completely different bike. This was my first time working with Gateway but will now be my go to spot. Thank you to the team for the incredible work!

  Excellent bike shop! Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. I have bought two bikes from here and am looking forward to buying my third! Dan has helped me with all of my bike purchases and I highly recommend working with him.

  Gateway Cycle is a wonderful bike shop with great products and service. The knowledgeable staff are easy to work with. Troy, Billy and Kyle provide great options and creative solutions to challenging bike repairs. It’s the only place our family has shopped for bicycles, accessories and bike maintenance over the last 20 years.

  My family has been coming to Gateway for over 25 years. Their expertise, phenomenal service, and Midwest realistic attitude are what keep us coming back.
  I recently purchased a new Trek ALR 4 2021 from Gateway. It had been a hot minute since I last purchased a bike and this time, I needed a road bike. Problem was, I knew nothing. Just before the state shutdown, I visited the shop to start my search and Troy spent well over an hour an hour answering questions about road bikes in general and specific models even though I told him I wouldn’t be purchasing that day. To be honest, I could’ve (and probably should’ve) made my purchase that day because Troy answered every question I had (and then some!) and I ended up purchasing the model we discussed.
  Pricing was on point too, and they even gave me an additional deal. Bought some accessories too, and everything was ready to go when I picked it up.
  I’m also so happy with the safety processes they’ve created during this pandemic. Regardless of your stance, they are extremely diligent so if you are high risk, you don’t need to worry about visiting.
  Thank you for being so amazing Gateway! You’ll always be my family’s go-to for bikes!

  The best place to go for bike sales and service. We bought two electric bikes there three years ago. They're a blast to ride, and Gateway has been incredible helping us keep them on the road. Have to occasionally update the computer software, and have had minor adjustments and maintenance. We've also purchased every accessory we can find from them, and they always install quickly. Love that they've changed their procedures to keep customers and employees safe. Friendly and knowledgeable service, always!
