Getting your teeth fixed? Don't wait! Get started on possibly the best thing you can do for yourselve! I decided to get spacers/braces and I was over 40 years old! I suffered from a wider underbite, with a protruding jaw, with some crowded teeth on top. Consequently, I would bite my tongue and or cheek on a daily basis. This even effected my ability to breath to some degree! I'm at about 16 months currently, with about 6 months left on my braces. My overall health and well-being has improved! 💯% I breathe better, sleep better! Everything is better. I can say that I am proud of my smile, and it shows!
