Summit Management

I am a freshman at UMD this year and am currently looking for a place to live this upcoming year. These apartments caught my eye constantly. I went on a virtual tour with Jenna at Campus Park on 11/6/2020 and I e-mailed to set one up on 11/5/2020. Informational and fast response. The apartment was absolutely beautiful and had everything I could ask for. Jenna was very informative and I could not have asked for a better experience. 10/10:)

We absolutely LOVE Charlie & Julie Packard @ (BLE) Baldwin lake estates. They work so hard and are so accommodating. They are great managers and always go above and beyond. One year our heat tape went out and they rushed right over to help us get things back together and made sure our water worked. Anytime I would call or text they would answer as soon as they were able to.
BLE is the best manufactured home community in the area! The home values stay up and all of our neighbors were fabulous!! Its very cozy and comfy and so quiet! We had awesome neighbors when we lived there!
Anyone who does whine or speak bad about them or the park, it's because they either got evicted or didn't tc of their place or follow the rules to keep it a sweet lil park that it is.
We looked at SEVERAL MHCP before we moved to BLE. BLE IS THE BEST MHCP in the twin cities area, cottage Grove estates was nice, too, but BLE is the best located and most accommodating, we were allowed a garden fence and gardens, which puts BLE the best MHCP to live at, hands down.
