“Edited to 5 ⭐️ 3/27/23. After contacting customer service, I was contacted swiftly and found out it was totally user error on my part. The agent was very professional and ensured me that their customer service team is pretty solid! Thanks, Janet!! ————- I decided to give the company another try because the product surpasses the others that I’ve tried. Unfortunately, I tried logging into the app and it said I wasn’t an active Rebel with a number to call. I logged into my account on Shopify and my subscription is still active. Again, the app and Shopify are not talking to each other. Additionally, it’s after 10pm on a Sunday. Providing a customer with only 1 method to access their account is inconvenient. The reset password button works perfect so I was able to reset it and do an emergency test. I emailed, texted, and left a voicemail. I’ll update once I hear back. —————————- This review is solely based on my experience with their systems/customer service. The product itself is convenient and innovative. There seems to be 2 different sites. 1 where you can purchase the kit and another one for the subscription (Shopify). The two do not talk to each other. I contacted support in the app to cancel my subscription and nothing happened. In the meantime, I get charged again BUT I never received another shipment. I was told the subscription is automatic regardless of whether you place an order. I thought the you get a new order every time you are charged. Not the case. I was finally able to cancel my subscription AND they still charged me a month later! How is this even a thing? I received the cancellation email on September 19th and was charged on October 5th. Every time I tried to chat after I got off of work, they were offline. So I woke up this morning to try and catch them before work and no one is responding. There’s no auto message that tells you that you are in queue or that they’re offline or anything. It’s just blank. For these reasons I don’t recommend this product. At least not if they stick with their broken subscription model. Their customer journey needs serious revamping. If they put their product in stores, I’d gladly purchase , but their customer service and systems are lacking.”

“Thank you Dr. Grau and staff! Dr. Grau was nothing short than amazing! His staff were so friendly and welcoming. He’s off on Fridays but he made an exception for my mom as she was in a lot of pain and had already gone through three rounds of antibiotics to treat the infection in her tooth to no avail. He was very professional, informative, and knowledgeable. His clinic was a little out of the way for us, but you bet I’ll make that drive the next time I or someone close to me needs a root canal. I stand for knowledgeable, friendly, professional care and Dr. Grau very much exceeded that. Thank you, Dr. Grau!”

“When I first visited Dr. Erin, I had a back that kept going out, some shoulder/neck stiffness, allergies and lack of energy. She started working on the most critical issues first and over the past year, my back is now stable, my shoulder/neck stiffness is gone, my allergies and inflammation have been significantly reduced by modifying my diet and I have more energy than I have had in years! “I got my haircut yesterday at Cost Cutters, Valerie was my stylist. I showed her pictures of what I was wanting the finished result to look like. She did exactly what I asked for. I’m very pleased as my due date is today, and being an indecisive pregnant lady, decided last minute yesterday, that I wanted a haircut and they scheduled me the same day. You can’t beat the price of the haircut, but remember to tip as if you’re paying full price because I feel the stylists deserve their tips, it’s not their fault the price is so cheap (speaking from someone who’s had to live off tips, tip on the service, not the price). These are the pictures of my cut, I took them today so the cut was about 12 hours ago, but still looks good. Also the color was done before Halloween, so I’m only showing off the cut. I’ll definitely go back!! I gave 5 stars because the whole experience couldn’t have been better. Thank you!”
