We've been with State Farm and specifically Yvonne's agency for over 10 years. Each time I call I get to speak with Carrie who is always positive, professional and has an answer or can provide guidance for whatever question or situation I am calling about. We appreciate the personal service that is offered even though we live in a world of big-box solutions. Yvonne and Carrie help to make you feel like you are a part of a much smaller insurance provider than what State Farm actually is.

I have had Yvonne and Carrie as my insurance agents for almost 16 years now when I call I don't even have to tell them who I am, they know me by voice.... My mom has been with them since she has had insurance, my grandma was with them for years before that.... And many of my family members are with them as well..I have always trusted that they have had our best interest at heart.... They are fast and efficient.. And very knowledgeable.... My wife was just in a very bad accident and Carrie has called to check on her a couple times since the accident... That to me, means that as a client I mean something to them I am not just another client ....

Phenomenal insurance agents. Most insurance transactions can be completed on-line, but we love to call and actually talk to Carrie or Yvonne. Their expertise in the industry has saved us from unnecessary expenses a number of times. We have life, home and auto insurance through them. We have never had any issues when filing a claim. All claims are processed effortlessly. Dealing with insurance isn't my favorite activity, but they go out of their way to make it a pleasant experience. Dare I say, we actually have fun when we visit the office for our insurance review.
