I recently completed the ChiroThin program with Dr. Mosher and it was a tremendous experience. For me, I had gained a few extra pounds (15-20) last Fall 2019 that I found difficult to lose. I am a fairly active person. But with work the past few months, my poor eating habits increased. Combined with a decrease in activity, the weight packed on. I looked for a weight loss support on the web in early January, and decided to check out Dr. Mosher’s as it appeared to be a healthier, more holistic program. I’m glad I did. I am pleased to say that in the six week period of the program (that included taking natural drops and sticking to an eating plan), I lost the 20 pounds. It was not easy, and it took being focused and determined. However, Dr. Mosher was a true support. He is an excellent doctor, personable and understanding. The program required reporting daily weigh-ins to him and weekly visits. Another great benefit about the program included learning about portion size and proper foods to eat. I highly recommend Dr. Mosher and this weight loss plan. If you remain committed, you will definitely achieve your goal that I feel will also provide a new way to understand food and maintaining your weight goal.

Dr. Mosher and the team at St. Pete Weight Loss are awesome. The Plan was VERY easy to follow - just weigh your allowed foods and take the weight loss drops and the pounds flowed off. Each monring I texted my weight to Dr. Mosher - If my body was being stubborn, he told me exactly what adjustments to make that day to get the loss rolling again. I lost 18 pounds in 42 days - that is great for me. I am now 3 weeks into maintenance and holding my new weight well. I'll come back in a few more weeks for a second round and then watch out bikini beach! I highly recommend Dr. Mosher at St. Pete Weight Loss.
