(November 12, 2021, 5:48 pm)Horrible non-existent customer service. I’ve been trying to get my account corrected for over a month on a storage unit that I never rented. Nobody can fix the account balance and nobody will call me back. Good luck to anyone that needs to talk to a human being.
I was able to resolve my issue today with the help of Ben so I improved my rating to 4 stars. He assured me that management is working on improving customer service and I would rent from Public Storage again if I need a storage unit. I appreciate them fixing the problem right away when it got to the right person.
