  When I went to the Woodbury Sencha on 8/10/20 at around 7 PM, there were two employees inside who handled some extremely rude customers with professionalism and kindness. Two women walked in together, the first wearing a sort of plastic block for spit and the other not wearing any kind of mask, despite very clear signage everywhere. The employee working the register asked if the customer without a mask could get one, to which she replied, "Is this a communist organization?" The employee explained that she was just enforcing rules that she was told to enforce, and after the woman continued to not comply, very professionally asked her to leave. The woman said "I don't want to be served by you!" and stormed out. The employee working the register told her to have a good day. The second woman, after getting her drink, told the employee making drinks that she would have to "report" them for asking her friend to leave, despite the fact that they were just enforcing rules they had been given. Both employees were professional throughout, and the employee behind the register remained kind and wished the first woman well. These two employees deserve to be recognized for their great customer service, and for prioritizing safety for all customers!

  Pretty cool place..if you're looking for atmosphere and a big place to hang with your friends, you may want to go elsewhere . There is a lumpy couch that has your name on it. And expect the local police to make frequent drink runs here. I said 'hi' to a few today who were on their police laptops smirking as a customer made their drink order.

  Loved this location! The girls working today where so sweet and kind. I was having a flustered morning and just felt renewed leaving here. Plus a great pin to boot.
