this store is very good for 2 things, pedals and seevicing instruments. their instrument selection is rather small and a lot of their gear used so theres gove and take, you can find decent deals on items every now and again but most of the prices are pretty close to competitors so if you see something you want chances are its the same price as online so no need to pay shipping. The only real negatives to this store are its small selection of instruments and amps to choose from with a few keys and dome drum pieces. the stock isnt consistant as this place does sell a lot of used stuff so if you see something cool dont always count on it being there next week. The staff are really solid and will give you a good deal on trade-ins (better than guitar center by a long shot) so its a good place to quickly unload gear. they do have a points reward system so there benefit to returning as well and being a repeat customer. Theres a lot of convenience here but not much selection. I've been coming here for about a decade now and was introduced to the store by a drummer named eric.

The new management, Jeff & Jim, are very knowledgeable and eager to answer any of your questions. Steve & John, the guitar techs are very knowledgeable as well. He even fixed my vintage Orfeus P bass with some new pots, plug & fret level & dress. And Raj is the handy horn guy.
