  There's no place like Energy- seriously! I've been working out here since I was 12, and through trying out other fitness studios/gyms, I always seemed to compare them back to Energy. The instructors, the atmosphere and the small group classes are something you will not find anywhere else! I can't recommend Energy enough!

  I really appreciate that all of the instructors recognize and remind us that each individual’s fitness level and flexibility are different. They encourage us to push ourselves but always demonstrate modifications to fit our needs. I love their philosophy of mindfulness and positive attitude. They remind us to be grateful for our bodies and appreciate the amazing job it does to carry us throughout our day. I always leave EPF feeling more energized and positive.

  Debra is amazing! So much knowledge combined w/ enthusiasm and encouragement. Plus, she gives you so many exercises that you can do on your own to compliment the personal training.

  I fell in love with Energy over five years ago. This is a place to get a great workout (whether Yoga, cardio, Pilates, or strength training) while being surrounded by a supportive community, both instructors and fellow workout friends alike.

  Gym is great and has all the equipment you can imagine. They have a heavy equipment room in the back and an outdoor yard. Bathrooms are clean and organized.
