I have seen multiple counselors through the years and this is the first one that actually has helped me work through my issues and get to the root of them. I have not missed one week in 2 years and I would not be as successful in my personal or professional life without her. If you are wondering if counseling is for you I promise you it is. These people care on a first name basis. I was only in Woodbury to drop in for a handful of workouts, but they wrapped their sweaty arms around me and made me their family; the workouts were awesome, and the coaches were gracious enough to take the time and help me improve my form.
