Both times, a knowledgeable and helpful employee named Jocelyn helped us find everything we were looking for and overall provided excellent service. (On our second trip, we sought Jocelyn out because of our experience the first time.) Even during a busy moment with customers, Jocelyn was able to explain which section of a specific aisle I could find what I was looking for. Aside from the good service, this Frattalone's had a nice selection, reasonable prices, and a great location. My family also had our lawnmower repaired at this location a couple weeks ago- the turnaround between drop-off and pickup was fast and our mower now works well!”

“Peter I don’t know if he was the manager, assistant manager, or just an associate but he was awesome! my stepmom lost the single car key inside the store somewhere and they had just closed. he let me in the store and helped me look for it. After about 15-20 min we finally found it, or I should say he finally found it! He had amazing customer service skills, He was nothing but polite and patient.
