Great customer service. Because it's a outlet I thought it would have more discounted items ..But it didn't..I still scored a good deal on some winter sweats..

What can be said about one of the GREATEST clothing stores that caters to the curves that make me who I am! Torrid has a great selection of fantastic fun quality clothes! I can get everything I need in one store from head to toes! Hair clips, sunglasses, jewelry, bras, underwear, swim wear, night wear, shoes, boots, jackets...literally everything!! And it is designed to fit curves not cut into them! Now to brag about the Albertville location....the ladies the work there under Rachel like Cay and the rest are AMAZING!!! They know what they are doing, I was wearing the wrong size bra for most of my life and the Cay showed me the right one and I have never known comfort like this!! They know how to help fit your jeans properly, bra sizing, sooo much more. It's my happy place!! Check it out!

Rachael the manager was absolutely amazing and so refreshing to shop with!! I came in needing shorts for my trip and I walked out with 3 pairs of shorts, pair if jeans and 2 new tank tops all within about 15 min. She explained how their jeans shape to my body and made me feel so good in the clothes I was getting!! After wearing my new shorts all week for vacation you definitely get what you pay for and they were AMAZING and worth every penny!! Thanks Rachael for helping this mama out and I will be coming out of my way to shop with you from now on!!
