As R & D research for auto haul trailer rental; we connected with U-haul. During the process it was very time consuming. Traveling several miles for rental pick up. We also faced the inconvenience of the return to same location due to a service provider no inventory. Contribution to the balance; Superior Storage rental technician CM was sound. We came to the conclusion after conversation that the issue of a hard search had to do with seasonal residents. Topic lead to a improvement on corporate return inventory infrastructure plan. These guys were absolutely phenomenal! I was extremely pleased! They treated me extremely well, the truck was there like they said it was going to be, it was clean, and I had a fabulous experience all around. Joel and Kelly gave me excellent customer service.
