“I have been taking classes at the Live True Yoga St. Michael location since it opened and I love it! The wide variety of classes offered by knowledgeable instructors means there is something for everyone. It truly is a judgment-free zone with everyone there just doing the best they can to get the most out of class. Shannon in particular is so fantastic with offering cues or modification options if she sees someone struggling with a particular pose. I always leave class feeling relaxed, stronger and more flexible.”

“I was referred to EffectUs for our 13-year old to help gain strength after a spinal fracture. Jackie was suggested to us and she really has been the perfect balance of push, positivity, and perspective for our daughter. While there, being able to sit upstairs and stay out of the way to give our daughter her privacy and individuality while training, we are able to listen to what else is going on. The "vibe" of the facility is commitment. Everyone shows up to do better than they did the day before and just hustle. It's an awesome feeling in that AMAZING facility that they have. I would recommend (by viewing) their classes....the instructors are committed and focused. You can tell from the moment the timer goes off, and the equipment offered gives them the ability to properly train, whatever level they may be at. You see new, veteran, old and young in that building. Regardless of where you are, you are sure to find your place quickly and effortlessly. I would definitely recommend EffectUs for Personal training based on personal experience. Our daughter is excited to go two days a week to sweat it out with Jackie (an owner and trainer)....and that speaks volumes, as she trains every other day of the week in the gymnastics gym. 🙂 She tracks her reps, weight, progress, and has a detailed plan of how to get our kid to where she wants to, and needs to go.
