“Just a very big THANK YOU to Jonathan who went out of his way to help me with a tremendous amount of luggage as I was checking out. My Mom passed away this year and I was in town to take things back home. As a result, I had 3X the normal luggage. Jonathan was very kind and graciously offered to cart everything from the hotel room to my SUV. I think it took three (maybe four) trips to get everything out of the hotel room, but Jonathan did it with a great attitude and very quickly but effectively. His kindness and quick to assist attitude significantly helped to make a difficult day a little better.
