“I bought a GMC Yukon XL. The owners were amazing from beginning to end. When I first got there I was just looking in the parking lot and the owner came outside to say hi to me. I asked him a few questions and he welcomed me inside. I had doubts that I would get approved and I didn’t want to run my credit for no reason so the owner took his time to ask a few questions before even applying. Once he had my information he told me not to worry that I would get approved, and that’s what happened! They helped me and were very kind throughout the whole process. They made everything go easy, smooth, and fast. You get approved and can take a car home the same day! A few minor issues did arise with the car after I took it home so I contacted the owners right away. Zennet and the owner told me to bring the vehicle in so they can figure out the problem and have it fixed. They gave me a car while they worked on mines which is amazing that they made sure I still had a vehicle to drive. They worked on my car for a few days, they put new tires for me and new spark plugs. They even filled up my gas tank before I went to pick it up again. I am very satisfied with their service from start to finish and definitely recommend this place when purchasing a new vehicle!”

“The best little teardrop trailer you can buy. Made by a family business in St Paul MN, the trailers are superbly crafted, chock full of thoughtful details, and super-functional for their compact size. They have heat, A/C, stove, sink, and fridge/cooler. The big star-gazing window is wonderful and makes it feel more spacious than it is. The large comfy bed folds into a sofa with a small snap-in cafe table. My aging eyes especially appreciate the lighting -- many kinds of bright LED lights for reading, cooking, washing dishes, or sitting around at night. At 1200 lbs, we easily pull it with a Honda CR-V, and it is easy to wrangle at the campsite. We chose a teardrop because we had outgrown tent camping but still wanted to stay small, and this is a best.”

“Camping has always been something our family has enjoyed through the years. We have camped in everything from tents, pop-ups, truck campers, and trailers. My wife and I decided that when retirement time came, we would upgrade our trailer to a small RV. One day we just happened to drive by Lake Region RV In Ramsey, MN. It was close to closing time, but we stopped in to get some information on class B & C RV’s. Seth took the time to give us all the info we needed and showed us a couple of units on the lot. We had no intention of buying yet, we were just starting our search. We were impressed that they stayed open for us just to answer our questions. We continued to search a lot online, looking at both new and used. Because of the pandemic and people camping more, finding the perfect coach was not easy. We remembered how Lake Region RV treated us at the start of our search, so decided to stop by there again. Seth welcomed us with a smile and we sat in his office and described what we were looking for. Several weeks later, we found the RV we wanted & purchased it from Lake Region RV’s. On delivery day, Seth took plenty of time during our 2 1/2 hour walk around to put us at ease. I had a lot of questions. He answered each one and explained how everything worked. They allowed to me drive multiple vehicles and never got frustrated at how much of their time I was taking up and they were busy when I was in there, the phone kept ringing. It is very rare to find a used car dealership that gives a warranty let alone a free warranty. They give you 18 months or 18000 miles whichever comes first!
