“I had a service appointment at the Rogers service center yesterday at 9am for a squeaking noise in my front suspension. I pulled up at 9am, the service manager met my at my car to talk to me about my concerns. A tech went on a 20-foot drive with me to confirm the sound which had become almost constant at this point and pulled the car back into the service bay. The service manager offered me a loaner, which I had requested, but let me know it would only take about 2 hours to repair so I decided to wait at the service center. Just over an hour later the service manager came to me in the waiting room and let me know my front control arm had been replaced KP and my car was plugged into their charger in the parking lot and was ready to go. 10/10 a great experience, great service, and very clean service center.”

“Mr Dewey helped with an insurance issue I had when the car transport company damaged my radiator.My car is an import and parts are very hard to source.Mr Dewey not only found a replacement core but also was able to get it fabricated so it worked as good as new. Pressure tested it twice when we thought we had a leak but it was a gasket not Mr Dewey's work.Very nice guy and a real customer person. Don't expect nice and clean as this is one of the few working muffler shows around.Very impressed with everything that went on.Hes a great guy,just tell him want you need and he's on it:)”

“If you can't make it to your brother in-laws referral autobody shop, this is the professional's place to go. Over $2,000 of body work done. It looks clean and brand new. The only knock I have is there weren't any gaskets put in place to keep the hood from coming down. I have to use a separate pipe to keep the hood up - or hold it up. All-be-it did take a while to fix. Fortunately they had a car I could borrow. The hood was completely collapsed in. No radiator problems while it was damaged. I have no problems now after having this was finally all finished the week of Christmas 2020.”

“I went to CB Auto on Costco Auto program's recommendation. CB Auto is a franchise, and what a pleasant surprise I had with their service. This is probably one of the best Auto service center for it's customer service. No pressure, very clean customer service area (the bathroom was better than in many hotel rooms), and above all a very friendly staff from owner down to the technicians. I was particularly impressed with John, the manger, who shared with me a story about his coin collection (a Numismatist) hobby. I had my brakes inspected by one of their competitors, and expected CB Auto to also recommend several hundred dollars worth of replacements. That turned out not to be the case. They did recommend flushing the brake fluid, though - for a reasonable price. If there is one comment (certainly not negative) I would make, it is that the technician who flushed the brake fluid, also ended up resetting my Oil Life indicator to 100% from the 60% it was at when I took the car in. This, I attribute to an opportunity for CB Auto to train their technicians not to do, unless there is an oil change involved. Again, certainly not an intentional mistake. Thank you, CB Auto and all its staff for an unusually good experience. Rest assured, I will come back in the future, and tell my friends about your great service.”

“Had my front breaks and rotors replaced. It was nice they gave me a loaner car to use for no extra cost and did an inspection on my car. I was also experiencing noise from back and they were able to diagnose the problem that another shop told me they couldn’t find anything. They weren’t pushy and were very pleasant to work with. Their waiting room was really nice and they also offered coffee, pop and water. Definitely would recommend! I left with some good coupons that never expire and a car that was fixed well.
