“So I call this transmission place because I am told that I need a new transmission by a fix everything car place and I want a 2nd opinion. The mechanic there takes me with him for the test drive and uses a computer for reading on the engine while driving. He tells me that the torque cylinder is a problem with my transmission, but that I have bigger problems with smaller items to worry about first. I pay $0 for the diagnostic and honest advice. This is my first time with this business and I am quite impressed that I wasn't bull shitted into leaving the car to get the transmission done. The mechanic flat out said to "ake care of the other issues first as the transmission is the least of your problems at the moment".”

“UPDATE: As stated below, Only 1 Auto Glass promised to replace the distorted glass under warranty. I was fortunate to have the same Technician. Upon arrival, we talked about the glass, he jumped in the driver's seat to check the view through the glass. He saw the distortion and immediately started the process of replacing it. It took about an hour to replace the glass, he cleaned up, advised me wait a while to drive the vehicle and also avoid car washes until everything was cured. Great service and follow through. I would definitely use their service again in the future. ±+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Only 1 Auto glass was called to replace the rear window on my SUV. The technician showed to my house on time and was prepared to perform the job He was done on time and cleaned up. The car was vacuumed and the broken glass was all cleaned up. I rate only 3 stars because the glass they installed is distorted. Viewing traffic behind changes the vehicle height and width based on my sight line. I contacted Only 1 Auto Glass and they are in the process of ordering a replacement glass and plans on replacing the current on under warranty. I will update once the replacement is complete.”

“This place was beyond fabulous. Everyone was great to talk with and the work was fantastic! The bonus return of a super clean car was impressive. I can’t get it that clean when I do it myself. I’ve always used the Honda Dealership prior. I could never get in for weeks. Just for them to “inspect” my car after an accident was a 6 week wait. I’m glad I called around And spoke to Steve who looked at my car the SAME day. The work was completely in a couple days. Their shop I’m impressed me so much there was no question that I would go back. I called to get an overall inspection and got in a day or two later. They looked my car over, wrote out specific details for where every was at with my car. All I needed was an air filter and my car was ready the next day-which was cleaned again. I never felt like they would tell me I would need more parts or work, than was honestly needed. I truly feel I can trust them with my car and get true feedback. They have earned a new customer and will be recommended to everyone who is looking to get body or mechanical work done. Everyone is great to communicate/work with and very professional.”

“I am so very thankful for the service I received! My car was broken into and my front passenger window was completely smashed in and my windshield was cracked for good measure. There was glass inside EVERYWHERE. My insurance made the appointment for me on Monday when the incident happened. I dropped of my car Thursday at 7am for the appointment, and it was completed in less than two hours that same day! The glass looks wonderful and they even got all the itty bitty pieces that were in my fur seat covers. This was a very stressful situation for me that was made a breeze. I’m so very thankful!
