“Brought my car in for damage to the bumper cover, passenger mirror and a good size dent in the door. Joe was very easy to work with and got my estimate done quickly and sent off to insurance. They did an amazing job and it looked as good as the day I bought it. They also took care of two bad rear hubs/bearings while they had it. Was nice to be able to cover both mechanical and bodywork in one stop. The dent was across a very defined body line and they removed it without any trace of the damage. Trim all looks like it was put on at the factory. Couldn’t be happier with the work they did and will definitely be returning for future work. Thanks again!”

“Dead of winter, the usual battery failure. Other garages in the area wanted to schedule mr out at least a day. Guys at the shop fit me in, were conscientious about the quality of battery. As I come from a family with mechanics, I could see they are an honest garage. Always a plus. Not only did they fit me in, but also obliged an oil change, tire pressure check & fluid top up. All at a reasonable price. Nothing overcharged. Fantastic customer service!!! Car handles better with correct tire pressure. They did everything they said they would do. And their prices are excellent for the average working class. Every customer that came in while I waited boasted about their honesty and quality. “What a great experience. My Jeep decided it didn’t want to go into gear as I was at a gas station Christmas morning. Luckily I have AAA and they towed me to Honest 1 in Burnsville. With the Holiday weekend, I knew they wouldn’t even know it was there until Monday. Long story short, I had my Jeep back my Monday evening. Honest 1 did the repairs to get my vehicle back on the road, and suggested things that should be done based on mileage and performance, but not once were they pushy. I hand more done than I thought I would, but because of how awesome the process was, I didn’t hesitate. I even declined some of it, and they were honest in saying that it wasn’t an immediate need, but would have to be addressed eventually. Definitely would recommend and I’ll be back when my Jeep needs service again....which will be sooner than later I bet.”
