“Very very pleased with the Russel Williams Crew that did our Holiday Lights today!!!!!! Connor, Adam and Cole came to put up lights today on 2 trees and my house. They called when they were on their way so I knew when to expect them. Really professional and nice guys to talk to! Connor walked around the house with me and explained where he'd put the timers, and how they would service the lights going forward into the season. I was really thrilled to hear that we will have timers on the lights and that they will come back out to re run the power cords after mowing season is over! Terrific customer service from the guy!~ Highly recommend them to all my neighbors and friends. Kat, in the office was very very responsive too to my emails! But, listening to other customer interactions sounds pretty decent. I have seen them let people bring their own parts. They always get me in and out quickly enough. I was having issues with the drains and drive power, the check engine light came on, they let me come right in and blew out the drains, ran a diagnostics(no codes) and topped off my fluids. All while the one was blowing out debri from the sun roof drains. No Charge. Want service you can trust and labor you don't mind paying for. Go here.”
