“I took my teenage son for his haircut and Kelly did such an amazing job. She’s been cutting his hair for a couple years and knows just how he likes it. He’s very particular because of his ASD and Kelly makes sure he’s comfortable with everything she’s doing and guides him gently when she needs him to adjust his head during his cut. Forfina was incredibly beautiful and clean. You can tell she goes above and beyond to make sure it’s sanitized and safe during COVID. We love this salon and Kelly’s skill and expertise. I have long hair that I like to keep long so every 3 months I just get about an 1.5 inches off. Last time I went to a stylist other than my own it was an awful experience. She told me that she would only cut 1/4 inch off and she cut 3 inches off!! (This was at a Cost Cutters) Anyway, I was very afraid to come here today and not be working with my stylist again. I explained all of this to Bing and she listened and assured me she would not do that. She did exactly what I wanted and I'm very pleased! Thank you Bing!”

The stylists here are good at their craft, its always clean, I've never had to wait more than maybe 3 minutes for my appointment, and everyone is friendly. The price is a little more than I'd ideally like to pay, but knowing my hair will be cut the same every time is worth it. Lastly, the online scheduler on Rooster's website makes it very easy to book my appointments! Highly recommend them.”

Then the next time you go in the staff is completely different and you get less than stellar results. But they are always friendly and willing to adapt. I still plan on using this place because it's quick, somewhat consistent, and reasonable.”
