“My brother lived at Harrison Bay until he passed. It was a lovely place, he had a beautiful spacious apartment with a nice view, and the staff seemed to be exceptionally nice and caring. They were very helpful after my brother passed as well. My brother always thought the food was outstanding. The thing I didn't care for about this facility was the lack of available free transportation for medical emergencies or appointments.”

During the time of COVID staff went over and above by making sure my mom was well cared for in my absence, taking care of all the things I took care of. The staff takes the time to get to know her personal likes and dislikes and personality traits and are happy to accommodate her personal preferences down to the smallest of details. Nursing, activities, and.administration are all very responsive to my calls and concerns. I highly recommend this facility. The front desk staff know me and greet me by name when I visit. My mom frequently tells me that she likes her place, and she also frequently tells me she likes the food.”
