Haddie, Freesia, Evelyn (nurse), RA Matt, RA Larry and many other health care providers provided compassionate, loving care for our mom and guidance for her family throughout her 24 day stay there (7/23 - 8/16 2022). Our mom had the additional obstacle of a trach unit for breathing, for which they provided the proper care needed. We truly felt they cared for our mom’s well being. “I was a patient of Dr. Marks 13+ years ago.. He helped back then with back issues and my reoccuring headaches. I ended up moving to FL, stopped chiropractic care and moved back to MN about 6 years ago. I ended up getting pregnant and gaining some weight which threw my back for a loop and so I decided to seek chiropractic care again. I didn't even look around, I contacted Dr Mark again and set up a new appointment. He has really been helpful, and listened to me on adjustments (like using the activator on my neck vs. the traditional adjustment way) etc. He is also flexible with my schedule and if I need to get in he is really good at letting me get the days and times I want/need. “Wow!! I've heard some awful things about chiropractic facilities working for massage companies and let me tell you THEY WERE WRONG!!!! Walked in the front door nervous, anxious and scared. Greeted by 2 lovely dogs and a women at the desk. Such a warm feeling 2 mins into the door. Very relaxed setting, nice lighting, and friendly atmosphere. The doc was on time, very thorough with his exam, listened to what I had to say and came up with a good treatment plan for me. It did cause a bit of a headache for me at the end due to my migraines so he insisted that he do a mini adjustment for me to help with that. My migraines faded away with that adjustment!!!! I couldn't believe how much of a difference that was. After the appointment, sent me home with an ice pack and even gave me a call to check on me. Not all docs care about your money, some just heaven sent to help you with life! I would suggest anyone critic or not, to come see him!!! I can't wait to start my journey”
