The room is more like a private suite with heated working chairs, big tv, nicely decorated space. The staff are close by so if anything happens, one of them will come by to check on you. I take multiple psychiatric prescriptions with regular monthly refills, several of which they don’t keep in stock so I make sure to allow a few days for ordering and delivery. When I’ve had antibiotics sent over, I call ahead before going to pick up so they can work on it and have it done by the time I get there. As with any pharmacy, understanding the process can prevent unnecessary wait times. Some places are too busy that that doesn’t even help (cough cough Walgreens cough CVS cough)”
