“Don’t let the appearance fool you. The building is old and not very inviting, But the staff are Amazing! My dad was very well cared for, and he loved it there. I’m not sure what their policy is, but I noticed several times that when my dad pressed his call button, any staff would come to see what he needed and if they couldn’t help him they would make sure to let the nursing staff know his needs. One time, an activities person came to him and another time it was a kitchen staff walking by. In today’s times of being short staffed, you can really see how they come together as a team to care for their residents.”

“My daughter started at Kid Talk when she was 2 years old, we came from another clinic that was not serving my kid well. Immediately, our goals were centered around reducing her frustration (and ours) with the difficulty in communicating her needs and wants. Over a number of years she saw different therapists and Kidtalk was easy to work with and the therapist we always so nice to not only my daughter but to me and my husband. My daughter made enormous strides in her communication there, and they were even kind when we left for a short time because we were trying to do all her therapy in one place. That ultimately didn't work and in 6 months we were back at Kidtalk because they were the best. We always had positive experiences there. Kidtalk always respected our family and treated my child as not a diagnosis but as a person with many strengths. I experienced the therapist doing continuing education to stay cutting edge and I learned so much from them. Over a period of many years we have loved this clinic and have been so grateful for how well they treated my daughter- both as a person and as a client. This is the only place I will take my kid for speech (we have tried 2 other clinics for speech) they are the BEST! I don't know what we would have done without them!”
