I am pushing by body further and seeing results without injury. I am over 50, so body building is not my goal. This is strength training for real life, and I am noticing an improvement in all kinds of daily activities. I also like that I can train in my work clothes and head straight into the office, which makes it easy to keep MYO as a priority in my schedule.”
