They had pamphlets that I could read and gave me a tour. The salt cave itself is clean, comfy and spacious. I decided to try it out and have been going regularly as I enjoy the benefits. My nose is open and I breathe and sleep a lot better. I use to come home from work complaining of headaches from my body reacting to the allergies. Since I have started it, my headaches have decreased substantially and I notice that I feel better overall.
