“My husband and I moved to the area about three years ago and this location is wonderful. I especially wanted to write a shout-out review after my call today, I’ve run out of contacts and have had so much on my plate preparing for a new baby I hadn’t had a chance to call yet, and I’m now less than two weeks out from my due date. The gentlemen on the phone was so helpful, and when I called today to place my order for a years supply I asked about how long it may take for my order to arrive, the timing was pretty quick but he asked if I was in desperate need and I mentioned I’m having a baby very soon and I have to wear my mask in the hospital, and glasses and masks aren’t the best combo, so he kindly ran to the back and pulled some trials lenses for me to pick up same day to get me through my hospital stay in case this little girl comes early so I wouldn’t have to worry about any of it. That’s the kind of unexpected customer care that I’m always so grateful for, thanks for going the extra mile for me! He also found a rebate on the lenses to save me some money. I’m so grateful! Everyone at this location is so kind and helpful whenever I come in, at my last eye exam the doctor and I had a great conversation about future eye care for the baby and swapped funny pregnancy/parenting advice stories. He even recommended some baby products that his wife has loved as this is our first kiddo. Always a good experience, thank you very much, I so appreciate it! Highly recommend.”

“First thing I’d like to share is when I walked into Dr, Jeff’s office, Rose showed great hospitality, very welcoming atmosphere and she keeps you informed. . When I met with Dr. Jeff regarding my hand issue, he informed me that I don’t need surgery and I don’t need to wear a brace. Also, I don’t have osteoarthritis in my cmc joint. And I don’t need an MRI again. It said Moderate tear of the ulnar collateral joint. Other doctors believed that it is osteoarthritis of the cmc joint. So I have had 2 very painful injections in that joint for no reason! I’ve had pain for 2 years and Dr. Jeff reassured me that in 3 weeks of my hand therapy that I should be feeling better and to Not wear the brace! (Wasn’t sure what to do because of COVID-19 and things were closed for 3 months, so you think you’re doing the right thing). Dr. Jeff is a very experienced, knowledgeable doctor and made me believe that the MRI is correct and everyone else is wrong. He’s been doing this for many years and he’s the specialty doctor. So I’m on his team!!!!(This was Great News-No Surgery!) I was told that I may need my CMC joint replaced - so I was pleasantly surprised when Dr. Jeff said quit wearing the brace & get a nerf ball to squeeze & do my hand exercises. If all goes well I could be feeling tons better in a short period of just 3 weeks!!! Thanks Rose for your kindness and thank you Dr. Jeff for your reassurance and expertise!”

“Glaser is amazing! We have been going to him for a decade now and I couldn't be happier with his professional but also personal service. In the past I have struggled to find someone who can adjust me due to tight muscles in the back. But Glaser puts his back into it (no pun intended) and is able to adjust me everytime. He also does a great job with my wife and children, and everyone is happier in the days after being adjusted. He also makes room for us no matter the short notice. I remember I time when I was framing out a room and felt a pop in the back. I couldn't stand without massive pain. I called Glaser right away and he made room for me within a moments notice. Needless to say, I went home pain free and slept great that night. I wish I could give 10 out of 5 stars. Thank you Glaser!”
