“My Dad has lived in assisted living at Eagan Pointe for over 4 years and my mother-in-law lived in memory care here for a few years before passing away a couple years ago. I have been impressed with the staff at Eagan Pointe since day one, and I’ve personally noticed that there seems to be far less staff turnover than at a couple other facilities my mother-in-law lived at before coming here. What I hear from the staff and aids is that Eagan Pointe is a good place to work. Renee, the Residence Director, and Mickey, the Assistant Residence Director, have both been with Eagan Pointe since it opened in 2015, and their experience shows. I often see them both interacting with residents, and I believe they genuinely care about each and every one of them. The Director of Nursing, Sarah, and the nursing staff, Michelle, and Bill, are second to none, offering professional, compassionate care to the residents. They have been a wonderful resource to my wife & I throughout the journey we’ve taken with our parents with their memory issues and all the struggles that come with them. The aids do a very good job in caring for my Dad, and they are always caring and compassionate when interacting with him. I trust the staff at Eagan Pointe, and I take comfort in knowing that as my Dad’s memory issues change, possibly requiring a transition from assisted living to memory care, that Eagan Pointe Senior Living is fully capable and prepared to provide those additional services.”
