There were only 6 stalls set-up, so we had to wait to hit. The range is short and narrow, almost like it was an after-thought. It needs to be redone to live up to the magnificence of the course!”

The studio is conveniently located off of 394 with plenty of parking. Inside it has high ceilings, skylights, hardwood floors with boho carpets and a fireplace. It’s warm and welcoming space. Not intimidating and cold like so many gyms! The instructor, also a Catherine, is patient and really cares that you learn and take care of your body. She is great at explaining everything and matching the speed at which you learn. I really enjoy working with her!
