“The staff at Estates at Excelsior is fantastic. The executive director sets the tone with her bubbly, positive attitude - she knows each patient well, and is a problem-solver. All the other administrative staff are positive and cheerful, easy to talk to. They will do things like have a barbecue for all the patients and families, and the staff will do all the work, and act like it's the most fun they've ever had. That's what its like every day. Facilities aren't fancy, but the whole feel is like family. Compared to other places, it's heaven. I would also add that the setting is very nice, in Excelsior, right across from a pond, in a pretty leafy neighborhood. There is a lovely front deck, again not fancy, but overhung with a flowering tree and other pretty trees and plantings.”

“Probably the best hotel we've stayed as a family . Everything was great for us . The staff was friendly and knowledgeable . The maintenance person is a gem, sorry I forgot his name but please let him know how much we appreciate his dedication and smile . At first the AC in our room was broken and since they could not fix it right away they moved us to another suite . My kids loved the 'problem' they had to deal with every morning, pancakes or waffles :)...also lots of healthy choices, fruits yogurt cereals eggs . We never ran out of fresh towels and we just had to ask in order to get housekeeping during our 4 night stay. The one thing we could not enjoy was the indoor pool. The chlorine level was constantly too high and made us cough and tear up. We tried flagging it at the front desk but were told it's the way the pool is ...oh well. We also had fun times shopping at the nearby mall. If we ever come back in the area this will be our go to hotel no doubts about it . PS: if you are looking for lunch-dinner options, you must try the diner a few blocks up the road.”
