Sometimes it's because money is tight. They will always work with you. Who does that! If I don't have money to pay a personal trainer, do you think they're going to train me? Nope.”

Josie (the manager) checked me in and was very fun, personable, and welcoming. The pleasant experience continued with Dr. Z & Cassie (the hygienist). Despite my anxiousness, they were very accommodating. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and gave professional advice. Dr. Z was not pressuring at all. I was not really happy with how my teeth looked but I felt I was too old and I was not sure I wanted the inconvenience and I am not fond of pain. She explained to me that our teeth are not stationary and as we age our teeth move from years of use. I made the decision to go ahead after Dr. Horton explained the process to me. What most impressed me was that she really listened to me and to what I wanted done. Dr Horton is a perfectionist when it comes to straightening teeth but she did not give me the perfect plan that she would given me if I had been 20 years old. Rather, she gave me the perfect plan for me now. The whole process was so much easier than I expected and very little pain! I am thrilled with the results and how much younger my straightened teeth make me feel.”
