“Dr Geoffrey Emerson has been my retina doctor.for going on fifteenth years now. If it hadn't been for Dr Geoffrey Emerson, I most likely still would not have been diagnosed with posterior scleritis. Before seeing Dr Geoffrey Emerson, I had been to many doctors and eye specialists over about twenty years, as I didn't think it was right to routinely have pain in my left eye. I was getting so frustrated as no one could tell me what was wrong but I knew it wasn't right. Dr Geoffrey Emerson knew immediately what was wrong and verified his posterior scleritis diagnosis with a noninvasive ultrasound of my eyelids. Dr Geoffrey Emerson has always been very good about keeping my Rheumatologist and eye doctor informed about whether different immune suppressant meds are working including if continues to work. I have been stable for several years now which is verified with a noninvasive ultrasound with every visit. My only regret is that I wish I had found Dr Geoffrey Emerson about twenty years before I did. It has been a pleasure with every visit to Dr Geoffrey Emerson and all of his staff.”

“The Moments is an excellent choice for my mother and our family in both care and community. The best asset is the quality, training and kindness of All staff members. Not only are they professional and knowledgeable of memory care with all of its unique requirements, they treat each resident with dignity and compassion. They are a community that welcomes each resident and their family members. The ownership is forward thinking in design and aesthetic of the building from layout to flooring to air quality to personalizing the entrance of each apartment to aid in resident recognition. The building is exceptionally clean, and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Meals are prepared by an Executive Chef and served by staff who notices when a resident’s eating habits change and alert nursing and family if there is a concern. Family is welcome to join their loved one for a meal and also activities. Adventure Club offers many varied interests and activities outside of the community. Family is encouraged to visit and participate in activities. There is open communication with the Director of the community and the Director of Nursing along with weekly Zoom calls. The leadership of The Moments has been proactive during this last year to allow safe visits through many different forums. The Moments is a blessing if your loved one needs memory care.”

“My wonderful Grandma Barb was fighting cancer in midst of COVID 19 protocols. Around May of 2022 the cancer took over 100%. The doctors and hospital staff said we need to start focusing on other options as her body was rejecting all treatments and it was very apparent with her that the time has come. We found Good Samaritan through word of mouth. It was truly God sent. Not only were the covid protocols in place amazing but NOT overbearing. My grandmother did not die alone. When the day and hours came, we were alerted and all people within reason were allowed by her side. Holding her hand. Making the crossover peaceful. This staff goes above and beyond. Thank you SOOO much in making sure my Grandmother did not die alone. Your staff was always making sure her body was physically comfortable and pain medication was administered accordingly. If I could give this place 500/10 stars I would do it. Thank you SO much.”

“Can get busy at peak hours, but still gets the order out reasonably quick. The other local fast food joints have really taken a dive, so I decided to give Arby's another go. Honestly, not a big curly fries fan. Never have been. However, they nail it on the sandwiches! The classic roast beef is the bomb, but it's the other offerings that really shine! The fish, when available, is the best in town. Turkey is great! Reuben is amazing! Most recently had the 5 Meat Mega Stack. I thought I was hungry. I thought it would be no big deal. I was wrong. It tasted so good, and I came terribly close to a meat coma! Oh, also, that Arby's sauce mixed with some horsey... 😋”
