“I am generally happy with my experience with Jam Hops. (If you ask my daughter, she is VERY happy!) The way how they keep the doors open with the restrictions (prior to Nov. 18) was laudable, and the staff were mostly friendly and competent. But communication needs some work. Despite the many emails I receive in a week, there is usually something important not conveyed in all the emails. Some examples include the uniform policy (whether or not to buy theirs, or whether one is required), and switching classes due to low enrollment. With some tweaks, this place could be a lot better. But like I said, if you ask my daughter, she loves it! Any that is really the only reason why we are still enrolled here, despite the newest restrictions.”

“I just had my first experience with Angie and I was so pleased with my experience. She's did a oxygeno facial. She explained why that treatment would be best for me over the oh so popular hydrafacial and man was she right! The next day my acne has noticeably improved and the acne scars were much lighter. She educated me on exactly why I need to use good sunscreen on my face everyday (which I've heard but never understood until now) and suggested great products. The cherry on the cake is that she included massage during the session all the way down to my feet. I was so relaxed and can't wait for my next session with her! Highly recommend.”

For most, this isn't important, but for people who need to know the exact time because this is all the time for their schedules, this is important. Some businesses stop seeing customers at closing time (some chiropractic offices do this), but you can come in at closing time and expect 30 more minutes. The Joint really close at 6:45 not 7, I get that employees want to go home, but it helps to specify, especially for new customers. Other than that, great staff, very nice chiropractors.”

“Have seen Heidi for over 5 years and she is amazing at what she does. She is our families first go-to practitioner for health concerns. She has helped my 10mo infant with on ongoing bad upper respiratory cough that ended up being RSV and another infection. It cleared in 2 protocols and we never had to take antibiotics. She also helped find and clear Lyme and Co-infections for my 5 & 3 yr old, 2 weeks after we found attached ticks on them in the same week. No other practitioner that I know of can find that out that early. We were able to take care of it early so there are no chronic long lasting effects from those bites! We are SO SO thankful for her and her practice!!!”
