“I give this clinic a five star already. I cannot even begin to say how thankful I am. I was able to get my 8 year old daughter into the PHPprogram here. The one she is going to do is a 10 week wait and mostly because other clinics do not take eight-year-olds. The intake for the appointment is less than a week, NOT months out. I would like my daughter to start seeing an individual behavior therapist going forward to keep this going. So that appointment is also in less than a week. I have tried for months to get my daughter in for behavioral therapy, I have called Fairview which is 10 weeks for my daughter to do the PHP program. I have called children’s, Alina, Ares, Serenity, behavioral health And many more clinics to get my daughter in sooner. The waitlist are too long and I can’t. There are some really good programs out there as well, but unfortunately don’t take state insurance because they don’t wanna deal with the billing inconveniences. Then today I was recommended the Lorenz clinic. Many patients don’t understand the waiting Criteria. Some can be very biased due to their own mental health and medical cost. Due to me, leaving my position at the U of M and loss of my insurance. Many places do not want to take Minnesota blue plus and the Lorenz clinic Has chosen to be a part of their medical programs. That tells me a lot about this clinic already, that they are willing to put their patient needs and care above their own medical treatment cost. But I can rest today, knowing that my daughter is gonna get the help that she needs so that she will go back to school School again.”

“Had to take my wife here and got very quick and compassionate care. Dr. Huber was really kind and took time to explain and give counsel to us. We did wait a while to get an ultrasound, but I would expect that late at night and the ultrasound tech Eddie was a really nice, cheerful guy. Plus we probably got moved into the lesser urgency category because the issue wasn't life threatening. Overall we were there for a while (~4 hours) but consistently we were getting check-ins from nurses and kind words, and that's not easy when you are working the night shift in the ED. Kudos to everyone there.”
