“Edited to 5 ⭐️ 3/27/23. After contacting customer service, I was contacted swiftly and found out it was totally user error on my part. The agent was very professional and ensured me that their customer service team is pretty solid! Thanks, Janet!! ————- I decided to give the company another try because the product surpasses the others that I’ve tried. Unfortunately, I tried logging into the app and it said I wasn’t an active Rebel with a number to call. I logged into my account on Shopify and my subscription is still active. Again, the app and Shopify are not talking to each other. Additionally, it’s after 10pm on a Sunday. Providing a customer with only 1 method to access their account is inconvenient. The reset password button works perfect so I was able to reset it and do an emergency test. I emailed, texted, and left a voicemail. I’ll update once I hear back. —————————- This review is solely based on my experience with their systems/customer service. The product itself is convenient and innovative. There seems to be 2 different sites. 1 where you can purchase the kit and another one for the subscription (Shopify). The two do not talk to each other. I contacted support in the app to cancel my subscription and nothing happened. In the meantime, I get charged again BUT I never received another shipment. I was told the subscription is automatic regardless of whether you place an order. I thought the you get a new order every time you are charged. Not the case. I was finally able to cancel my subscription AND they still charged me a month later! How is this even a thing? I received the cancellation email on September 19th and was charged on October 5th. Every time I tried to chat after I got off of work, they were offline. So I woke up this morning to try and catch them before work and no one is responding. There’s no auto message that tells you that you are in queue or that they’re offline or anything. It’s just blank. For these reasons I don’t recommend this product. At least not if they stick with their broken subscription model. Their customer journey needs serious revamping. If they put their product in stores, I’d gladly purchase , but their customer service and systems are lacking.”

“Super quick and efficient staff. They had 4 employees at the front desk which made check in very easy. I had a preventative exam with Dr. Eisenschenk and he was very professional and easy to work with. I also had to stop at the lab to get tests done and the lady at the front desk was very nice and even offered me orange juice instead of water. Great experience overall and would definitely come back.”
